> 50+years: Level 3 recommended.
> 10-50 years: Level 2/ 3 suitable
> New build: Level 2 recommended.
Construction Type
> Non-standard: Level 3 essential.
> Standard brick-wall: Level 2 typical.
> Modern flat: Level 2 suitable.
Visible Condition
> Obvious issues: Level 3 recommended.
> Generally good: Level 2 typical.
> New: Level 2 possible
